Go read this article. No seriously. Its sickening. More thoughts on her specifically below. Keep reading.
Just type in Carlos Correa in google today. All you will see is “proposes to his beauty queen girlfriend on field after game”.
It made me sick to see. Here we have a man who just completed a great achievement, and mainstream media would rather promote her, just for being pretty. Oh buddy, I wish I could be a personal assistant for this guy.
Some background info: Carlos Correa is a 23 year old shortstop for the Houston Astros. He is widely regarded as one of the best young players in the game, and he was the overall #1 pick in the 2012 draft out of Puerto Rico.
He signed with the Astros for a 4.8 million dollar signing bonus.
He has a “record-setting” endorsement deal with Adidas.
Once his rookie contract expires, he can expect a multi year, hundred million dollar contract at a minimum.
I preface the story with all of this to give you a solid idea of what this guy’s life and future is like.
So last night, his team wins the World Series. He’s at the top of his game, he just won the highest honor in the game while playing the most important position. What does he do? Gets down on his knee directly after the game to propose to his girlfriend. He doesn’t take any time to celebrate, take a much needed vacation, etc. No, he feels compelled to enter a government contract to give one woman half his stuff if she decides to leave.
This should show you the state of masculinity in our current society.
Even guys with all the status and money are capable of making awful decisions when it comes to women. I bet nobody has ever given Correa any redpill advice, and I’m sure he thinks he’s doing things right by marrying this girl, but come on man. If you aren’t redpill aware, you’re doomed no matter what status you achieve.
So the woman just happens to be 2016 Miss Texas. Without even looking up the story I’m sure I can piece this one together. She was honored before a game (only for having good genetics) and she just happened to bump into one of the game’s brightest young superstars. She inevitably “fell in love with his personality” and started showing him a lot of attention.
He “falls in love” with her. EDIT: So I was compelled to actually look up the details and it was even worse than I thought. I was exactly right about how they met. Turns out she went to school to be a teacher, and then all of the sudden decides she wants to be an actress, and has since done some independent films. I wonder how closely that timeline coincides with realizing she could get this poor guy to marry her.
To add to the sickening details, apparently she has already picked out a honeymoon spot, meaning she’s probably been hounding him for months about popping the question. Here’s the kicker.
They have only been dating for a year!
You mean to tell me that this guy genuinely thinks this is a good idea? To take an Instagram model he’s known for barely a year and make a lifelong commitment to her, which in his case amount to millions and millions of dollars. Society has fallen so far towards the feminine imperative that this type of thing is praised. He could conceivably date all the hottest models and celebrities the world has to offer, yet he thinks it’s a good idea to marry the first one that shows him attention?
This is why we need to help men.
Regardless of his baseball skills and earning potential, he may have no skills with women and apparently no frame. There is absolutely no reason to legally marry this woman.
Let’s look at a best case scenario:
She’s a virgin (very highly unlikely), she wants to be a stay at home mom (again highly unlikely), she has strong family and religious value, she actually does like him and the money isn’t a factor (highly unlikely given he’s not overly attractive), and she never feels a need to divorce knowing she can have millions of dollars even if she cheats. That’s literally the best case.
Worst case gets a little darker:
She cheats (he’s on the road a lot), she wants to continue acting, she realizes she wants a better looking man, doesn’t want kids (no reason to marry). All she has to do is decide she wants a divorce after a few years and she stands to gain millions of dollars. The whole thing is a pretty sweet deal, props to whoever has been coaching her through this.
What he should have done and what you can take from it:
If he genuinely likes this woman, he could have continued dating her for as long as he likes. Obviously if she wouldn’t be okay with that then she was out for the money from the beginning. There is one reason and one reason only that she knew she needed to make it official, and that’s having access to the money permanently.
If he wanted to marry a supermodel, he should have waited until he was 30 with hundreds of million in the bank, got a great lawyer, and protected his assets. At which point, he could marry Miss Texas 2023 who would be 21 at the time.
The whole timeline just doesn’t make sense. He could wait until he’s at his peak attractiveness and earning power and probably have one of the hottest women on Earth. Instead he settles for this glorified Instagram model, who if you’re asking me doesn’t have the most naturally attractive face by a long shot.
Apply this to your life: If a woman pushes you for marriage, she likely has an agenda. Make sure they’re there for the right reasons. If you’re set on getting married and having a family, at least properly vet her for multiple years and ideally wait until you are 30 at a minimum.
Of course mainstream media and Instagram love this story. The beauty queen meets her match in high status baseball star who will end up one of the wealthiest in the game’s history. Let me know your thoughts on this.
